“Rooms were lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped ”

“We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 45 anniversary. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. A nice touch was the fresh bread, butter and condiments for breakfast. Being a Sunday night the only place open was the pub for dinner but wow what a dinner that was. The best meal we have had in a long time.”

“The cabin was very clean and check-in and out was really easy. The decor is quite dated but very well equipped if you want to self-cater. Bedside lamps would be good in the bedroom and more information in the property guide would be good e.g. which cabin bin to use for rubbish, which one for recycling, where to get laundry powder for machine etc. Eungella National Park & various walks are super close and absolutely stunning. Viewing platypus in the wild is only a 5 min drive away from the...

“Hosts were delightful ”

“The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out.”

“We stayed in a double ensuite cabin (donger) which was clean and comfortable. The room had two windows for natural ventilation and a very effective air conditioner. Kitchen had a full-size fridge, microwave, small portable cooktop and an air fryer. Although kitchen space was limited it was more than adequate for an overnight stay. We did not meet the staff, keys were provided in a locked safe with password provided prior to arrival. ”

“Setting was very nice; rolling hills, cattle & horses. Our Jack Russell was very interested! The cottage is compact but well appointed, although one of our company thought the bunk bed could have been a bit more comfortable. A good pick for a pre-Christmas family stay.”
