Horrible at 12am called front desk dog would not stop barking. At 1am still dog barking. Horrible. Got no sleep. Guests should not be sleep deprived because you are a pet friendly hotel. Will never stay at your resort again.

Terrible hotel! Completely understaffed! We were supposed to have free breakfast with our hotel rooms, but they were out of everything from bagels to bananas. The front staff and the kitchen staff are rude and overworked. If you want to towels or an iron, you need to come down and get it yourself. I was there for my daughters graduation and had a terrible experience at this hotel in. On several occasions, we asked them to bring us toilet paper and hair conditioner that was never in the room when we checked in. My advice is if there’s any other hotel choose it over this one!!

It was a nice property and rooms, and the staff was excellent. However, the television did not work well. It would disconnect every 10.minutes for 5-10 minutes. On the last night there, our cars were broken into. Police never showed up. Again, staff was fantastic throughout
