Avoid at all cost--sleepin your vehicle if needed

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The breakfast is not a breakfast. You have a choice of coffee or hot chocolate and either a pre-packaged chocolate or peanut butter-flavored roll.
This is a horrible hotel. On my second night's stay, I arrived to find that my card key no longer worked. I went to the front desk to find two people dressed in bed clothes, with the man wearing a sleeveless tee shirt. He had multiple lumps on his neck and arms--the result of bedbugs! In my room, there were no bedbugs but there were pillows that were rock hard, a loudly running refrigerator, a bathtub faucet that wouldn't stop running, and a general feeling of a housing shelter for people who are down on their luck. I'll never consider staying here again.

Hotel Disappointment!!!!!

Location: Close to airport
Hotel's description in advertisement did not meet reality of the hotel. Very disappointing.

Avoid this place.

Broken furniture, missing light bulbs in lamps, no shower curtain; the other guests were incredibly loud at all hours of the day and night; the room, even though it was a non-smoking room, smelled very strongly of marijuana and this gave me a headache. The desk staff when I checked in (while friendly) was dressed in a dirty t-shirt and a backwards baseball cap, which was appallingly unprofessional. I'm not sure that calling the desk and going through the hassle of re-locating to another room would have helped the situation with this hotel. At least the Wi-Fi worked. Very sketchy place. Avoid it unless there is no other alternative.

Stay Away there's major sanitation issues

The hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana smoke. The room was disgusting toothpaste smeared on the toilet. The kitchenette door was sticky to the point you could feel your shoe pull away from the floor. The bed pillows were not in pillow cases which was gross.

phone and tv didn't work. wasn't clean, air half worked, pull out look like blood stains, drain don't work in shower. No sheets for pull out. Trash in hall, onions in elevator.

Avoid this nasty hotel!

This stay was absolutely horrible. The guy working the front desk had a bad attitude. The first room I was assigned was filthy. Toilet hadn't been flush and was full of feces. Bed wasn't mad at all. Floor and counters were filthy. Assigned a new room that was worse. There was a wash rag on the counter that I assume a woman had her period on. I was assigned another room that was sorta clean. No remote for the tv. The guy was suppose to bring it and never did. Woke up in the middle of the night freezing because the heat didn't work. Manager was suppose to call me for a free stay at ANY of their hotels and I never heard from him. Do not stay at this dump. This was probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had and I travel and stay in hotels about 2 weeks out of the month. This place is disgusging.

The hotel staff led by the general manager Ms.Joe was execellent. It seems to me she runs a great hotel. Myself being a retired Army Officer reconizes things like attention to detail. If there was something needed I called and it was done.

Terrible Hotel

Pros: close to airport
Cons: Just about everything.
This was perhaps the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel was in very poor condition with many things not functional. One light in the kitchen was falling down. Everything was dirty. The bed was not made properly, missing the top sheet, which we had to request. The kitchen had no utensils, making it non-functional as well. The room was hot (76 degrees) when we arrived and we never succeeded in cooling it off. Opening the window was not an option because the window did not work. We were told that the shuttle service to the airport started at 0600 and we based our schedule for the day on that. Turns out the shuttle showed up at 0620, putting pressure on our schedule. The only redeeming quality was it's location close to the airport.

Shame on you

Made the reservation for this hotel and when I got checked in, going towards my room the elevator was disgusting it was all graffiti on. Once I got in the room it was not clean bed was not made dirty towels was left, thought I was in hpre house or something seen on tv. Called my family to pick me up got a comp room at another hotel within in the hour. Sad part is I was visiting my dad who was just placed on life support in Duke Regional traveling from east coast to find this hole in the wall. Sad to say this hotel was not fit for a dog!
