They did not have the room that was reserved. The front desk was very rude and inconsiderate in addressing the matter. She was argumentative and dismissive regarding the whole situation. I would stay anywhere else but there!!

Had to sleep on a recliner because the room Expedia allowed me to book was sold out. The floor was Sticky and I had to mop it with a Hotel towel. The Hotel did not giv me a Partial refund for the room mishap. I will not be recommending Expedia for no booking
