This hotel was fantastic! It was very clean and nicely up kept. The staff was super helpful, especially Arthur, who was accommodating to our needs on multiple occasions. We thought the area was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we are in the Raleigh area, we will definitely be staying here again.

The staff and cleanliness of this property are excellent. The location is ideal if you're transporting on the highway or want something near to Cary/Raleigh. The Accessible Room was spacious, the daily breakfast (6-10AM) was wonderful and the pool was great (open until 10) Not great was the A/C, while 'operational' it did not pump cool air into the room and even kept shutting off, also, the wall Thermostat was not functional. This resulted in the room being very stuffy/warm/stagnant. We selected this hotel primarily because of the pool, which is quite nice if you have young children. Unfortunately the fun pool features for kids were also not working. Lastly, bring your owe wine/beer bottle opener as they have "one for the entire hotel", this was odd as when I went down to get our bottle of wine opened, the front desk opened a drawer FULL of wine-bottle openers. I'm guessing this is to prevent partiers in the hotel - for that our family is OK with! Ultimately I would stay here again, but would ask for another room if the A/C wasn't working right...
