The room was exactly what we needed for our trip. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and everything was clean. The property manager Mark was a pleasure to speak with during our stay. He was helpful and friendly

It’s close to restaurants and walking around Calgary. The staff are very friendly.

The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key).

This was one of the best vacations I had in a long time. The staff was wonderful and super helpful with anything that we needed. The food was the most amazing I’ve ever had and super fresh. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again. I’ll definitely recommend to all my friends.

Location is great, easy access to all areas of town. Shopping is great around the hotel, lots of resturants.
