“On my way to the property at around 3pm I was contacted by the property staff that they were overbooked and put me in another property.
I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance.
I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?”

“This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The place has nothing to do with the photo. I was in a dangerous situation, received no help from Expedia, and no response from the host. All the good service I had received up to that point was thrown away in this terrible mess Expedia put me in.”

“I had a wonderful stay at In House BA – Le Coq. The studio apartment was well-equipped and had all the amenities you would expect from a comfortable apartment. The space was perfect for a solo traveler, with a clean bathroom, a comfortable shower, a dining table, and a small kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals when needed.
