“Really the main disappointment for us was the sad state of the shower, shower is an enclosed unit that is incredibly tiny and the water temperature fluctuated from cold to boiling hot. Was very variable and random.
The blonde front desk agent was literally doing four jobs by herself and maintain their very professional and upbeat manner. Definitely should be getting a bonus this quarter 🙂”
