Our room was very nice and clean with a great view. The included breakfast had many delicious options. We expressed our interest in seeing the aurora borealis and they went out of their way to call us that night to tell us to go outside when it was visible.

Rooms very comfortable ans very well equipped. Staff very very welcoming and rather absent. No lobby or area where you can meet.
Favorite hotel during our south coast Iceland stat—lovely rooms with view of lake and surroundings, very good dinner and breakfast on property and convenient to many sights on the area. Highly recommended

We arrived late at this property and had to leave early the next morning but the key was left in our cabin door and we had a great sleep! The individual cabins are clean, well designed and very modern, and they were well appointed with everything we needed. We also had a great view of the lake. The breakfast was decent and it was about a 45 min- 1 hour long drive to Skafatell National Park. I have no problem recommending this hotel, and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Iceland.
