  • After husking and grilling coconuts following amazing recipes I promised I won't disclose, we wanted some rest by the lagoon to enjoy the surroundings and incredible locals (those guys are absolutely amazing!!). We discovered this place slightly out of town but still at walking distance where we could enjoy the lagoon with Kayaks or even walking during low tide. We thoroughly enjoyed staying, staff and owner were great. It just needs a bit of maintenance done Kitchen was fantastic and catered well and truly for all needs.

It would have been great to have had a cold shower outside to rinse yourself off. But a great place to go for walks and close to a shop and car and bike hire.

This property was perfect for our last couple of nights in Rarotonga. Kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. House is a walk to a safe swimming lagoon.

The room was great, with free WiFi and very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect, except for the noise from other guests next door. They were loud until 2 AM for three nights in a row, and complaining didn’t help. This was really disappointing.

Rachel and Bob, caretakers and cleaner are great, friendly and do an awesome job. Noises from other units till 3am is not acceptable even after this was addressed with the manager. The toilets and washing machine need immediate attention and mantinence. This was also addressed with management with not a positive outcome. Smelly toilet leaking on the floor and a towel was wrapped around the base of it. Not ideal

Awesome Holiday Home for Large Family or Friends

This was the perfect accommodation for two families who travelled together to attend a friend's wedding. We had two king rooms and 2 king/split each room shares one bathroom with another room. The pool in the house was fantastic and although not huge it was big enough for the 8 of us to be popping in and out as the heat demanded. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Definitely be back!

Fantastic property with all the comforts of home. While it's not a beach front location, being surrounded by lush, tropical greenery was lovely. The pool meant that the kids were able to swim and enjoy the amazing weather without having to spend every moment at the beach. The king size beds were super comfortable with clean, crisp linen. We slept soundly every night although the roosters take a bit of getting used to! The housekeeping team was friendly and professional and did a great job. We'd love to stay here again next time we visit the Cook Islands.
