Our house, perched above a tropical postcard beach offers stunning views of the turquoise lagoon and the blue ocean beyond. Very relaxing location right in the beach. Snorkeled almost every day right out in front of property. The deck is covered and uncovered so you can sit there even if raining or bright sun. This was our first time in Rarotonga and we just loved it. Its was exactly as the photos and waking up to that view every morning was unbelievable! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great communication before and during our stay and very helpful. Awesome views from the generous balcony and from all rooms in the house. Great carport on the lower level useful for drying clothes and towels. Laundry downstairs is perfect for an extended stay. Foot wash and beach shower essential in keeping the sand out of the upstairs . A lack of pillows provided was annoying. The absence of large beach towels, frustrating. Bed mattress needs replacing. Only 4 coat hangers seemed a bit mean. Take entertainment as none is provided (videos, games, cards, jigsaws) if the day is raining and windy. Overall the house and location is superb. That view from anywhere in the house will stay with me for the rest of my life. It is epic.
