“This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. ”

“The hotel is really nice, the pool area is clean and modern and the staff are really nice. The apartment was huge and had everything you needed including cooking and washing facilities. It has two big balconies and good aircon and nicely decorated. It is a straight walk down to a nice area with restaurants and 15 min walk from the beach. ”

“Dejlig frodig have med palmer og smukke blomster, der har ikke været noget at sætte en finger på. Dejlig stor pool. Dejlig udsigt vi havde både over pool og havet. Dejlig stille område med restaurenter og bager, og små supermarkeder i nærheden. Værten var sød og rar helt sikkert et sted vi ville komme igen. Pænt og rent. Poolen har åbnet fra kl 8.00 til kl 19.00 men er sæson åbnet fra juni til slut september men rigtig dejlig pool, med børnepool i den ene ende. Der er legeplads med rutchebane og……

“Wir waren total begeistert. Alles war perfekt, sauber, das Essen war toll, das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Flughafen Chania ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Mietauto, Bus, Taxi - alles vom Hotel aus buchbar. ”

“Case Irene is a lovely hotel with the most hospitable staff. It is based 5 minutes from Falsarana beach and 15 minutes from Kissamo beach. The front reception was super helpful with check in and local recommendations. Housekeeping were very efficient and the breakfast service was very nice. We loved our stay!”

“It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.”
