“The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again.”

“This is a beautiful hotel in central Ravenna, with a short walk to the train station, 6 of the main Unesco mosaic sites, the Dante tomb, shopping and restaurants. We had one of the Traditional rooms, which was very big, with a ceiling painting and nice sized bathroom. The breakfast includes coffee and tea prepared as you like and a buffet of cold items with alot of variety. The staff is friendly. Lots of nice sitting rooms inside and outside. And bowls of candy and chocolates available.”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
