The staff at Columbia were absolutely incredible. So helpful and friendly with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. We would 100% stay again and recommend this property.

We only stay one night to go to our cruise. Did not like the lack of transportation, taxis do not want to work. Not sure why our cruise was in this location, so inconvenient. Hotel staff and owner were very nice.

We had a really great stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a good place to relax after a day out exploring. The service was exceptional and everyone was friendly, helpful and made us feel really welcome. The location is perfect, close to the train, bus and water bus, and an easy walk to all the main sights. We’d happily stay here again.

Lovely traditional family orientated hotel. Excellent breakfast option provided. The lunch time and evening buffet poked fantastic although we didn't choose this option. Very noisy from the visiting fair and late evening children's entertainment though.
