Reasonable in Rawlins

Hotel off Interstate with reasonable rates. Outside appears like it could be abandoned, but rooms are fresh and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant adjacent to hotel.

the room was clean but no breakfast was served and the ice machine wasn't working. Also there were no stoppers in the bathtub or sink. The toilet seat had to be tighten by myself so it would fall off

Loved the management and they are fixing up the property! I saw a spot in a hallway where water was dripping on the carpet, and let them know. Within 5 min they had a maintenance guy working on it. I also got to speak with the property manager who thanked me and apologized for the issue. I had a good conversation with him and thanked him for the prompt response! I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

Would not recommend this property. The property condition was pretty poor and very dirty. Staff however was friendly. The night auditor wasn’t dressed properly for the position and was rather provocative.

"I recently had a stay at this hotel in a small town, and overall, it was an average experience. The rooms were fairly comfortable, but they definitely need a thorough deep cleaning. I noticed some bugs along the window panes, which was quite off-putting. The breakfast, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. The bagels were moldy, which is unacceptable, and the tater tots were extremely stale and hard. The sausage was also unappetizing. It's clear that the breakfast offerings need significant improvement to meet basic standards. While the hotel has potential, addressing these cleanliness and food quality issues would greatly enhance the guest experience."

Working on it but still needs work.

Very clean, good beds but the wifi didn't work, the tv remote was missing, the room heater was sluggish and took forever to warm the room up. The room phone was non functional so you couldn't call the front desk which wasn't manned anyway. Breakfast bar was under construction and they put little gift bags with juice boxes and granola bars in the room. Very reasonably priced and will be much better service when the renovations are complete. The shower was great, new tile and great pressure.
