The hotel was very noisy at night, even at 3:45 in the morning. People were talking loudly in the hallway. The shower pressure went from a trickle to strong and back again repeatedly, and the temperature did the same, going from hot to cold and back. When switching from tub to shower the fixture was loose and hard to manipulate, feeling like the spout was going to come out of the wall. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's an average hotel at best.

This hotel looks like it used to be a nice place, but you can tell it's starting to decline. The front desk card reader was down and have a VERY hard time checking in, and they wouldn't take a cash payment. They finally got it handled, but it was very frustrating.

Under new management and legitimately want a full refund. It was so dirty, I have pictures. I left a day and a half early bc there housekeeper clearly doesn’t know how to properly clean. And they double booked me so I had no where to go, after I was promised a month to month lease there. All lies

I love the location. The building is well kept, but they need to improve of the breakfast. Didn’t like the eggs and the potatoes. Those are the things I think they need to be improved. There are in a great location. Staff is great without a doubt. Thank you.

The property is dated, but it is apparent that some updates have been incorporated. However, the pool is outside, and when we were at this property, the temps were in the upper 90's. There is no shade around the pool, so the concrete surrounding the pool, the railings in the pool, and all the pool-side furniture were all extremely hot! Getting into and out of the pool meant possible burnt soles of your feet, and railings too hot to grab onto. The chairs and other lounges were too hot to sit in. The lighting in our room was poor; one ceiling light near the entry door and two bedside lamps. Even though the room featured a work area, there was no light anywhere near the desktop. Very dark. The room also looked dated, some damage to some of the walls were quite visible. Sleeping was OK, the in-room HVAC system was only slightly noisy, thankfully it worked all during the two nights we were there. The building has two elevators but only one was working while we were there. This location appears to be lightly staffed; quite often there was no one at the front desk, customers saw a "We Will Be Right Back" sign posted on the desk more often than someone actually manning the front desk. The staff members we did encounter were all friendly and eager to help. The complimentary morning breakfast was good, not great, but good. I would rate this location no higher than a 3 out of 5. I do not think we would book a stay here again.

We travel every month for the last 20 years. I have never been in such a dirty hotel. This smell was horrendous. I gagged when I got out of the hotel room. I was there for four days. The service was terrible. The room was not clean. The other patrons were less than desirable, I felt unsafe, and there were bugs everywhere. This hotel should be cleaned inside and out. Will not be coming back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't know you had to put a tag on door for them to make the bed and check over the bathroom. Our room did not have one of the tags. Otherwise rooms were clean and the staff were good.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived because I was two hours early. To keep me from having to wait around, I was upgraded to a kitchenette which was awesome. The appliances were in top notch condition. The room was clean and in great condition. My only complaint would be that unless you ask them to clean the room when you leave out, they don't do it. Aside from that the staff was great. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. I would definitely visit again if ever in the area again.

As I understand things, this hotel has been under new management for about a month at the time of this review. The staff I engaged with were all very, very kind and accommodating. You should know, however, that this hotel is probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, by a mile. The hallway carpets appeared to have not been vacuumed for some time. Our non-smoking room REEKED of old cigarettes. The floors in the rooms are synthetic hardwood and they were absolutely filthy. Biohazard filthy. I had to mop the room myself with a washcloth and the cloth was the color of chocolate milk every time I rinsed it. I don’t think the shower was fully cleaned. The sink in the kitchenette and in the bathroom were very slow to drain. The cookware had bits of old food stuck to it. Beyond these issues of cleanliness, the rooms themselves are a 1/5 in terms of coziness. Everything is a hard, dark surface, and all of the lighting is bright white. The hotel inexplicably has extremely bright lights shining INTO the windows, so you’ll have to draw the blackout shades. There is no comfort to be had in these rooms if you’re not in bed. The beds, thankfully, were quite comfortable. It’s quite possible this hotel will get its act together as its new management gets up to speed, but in the condition it is in now, I would never, ever stay here again.
