Our room was clean though it smelled weird. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bar and kitchen were closed on Sunday, that was a bummer. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The AC was excellent.

Room was clean with working A/C. Nothing really fancy, fairly standard. I found the water pressure in the shower to be extremely weak. I love the free WIFI with a decent signal as well as the "Smart TV" which made it a breeze to watch Netflix and YouTube on my downtime from attending "Retro Con." Hotel is in a prime location across the street from Target which is a HUGE bonus if you need to stock up! The only real complaint I have is it takes forever to get breakfast in the cafe and the food isn't that great. Also, the hours the cafe stays open are a bit early and too short for my tastes. I am not much of a morning person, so getting down to the cafe before it closed at 8:30 AM was a bit of a struggle.

The whole family was very impressed with our stay at the hotel. We travel a lot because of vacations and out-of-state / out-of-the-country AAU and other American-Asian Team basketball tournaments, and so far, this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It is actually my daughter's favorite for this season. The entire staff is friendly and helpful while making sure we feel at home during our stay.

The staff is amazing, especially a server on the breakfast shift. Trupti was so kind and courteous. She could anticipate your needs and always served with a smile and kind word. All the staff were helpful and smiling, making you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend staying there.

The staff was excellent, attentive. I ask several different front desk personnel for "hot water" for tea, and they had to go to the back to get it. Every time I asked, each person, without hesitation, took a cup and got it for me. Laundry facilities excellent.
