Perfect location

Yes it was a great stay for us as we needed to get to the university for our sons graduation. Very central and perfect for people using public transport. Also well situated for shops.

Great place

Has everythng needed, hone from home. Food shops close by and a great pub that has food until 10pm. Only thing it is a fair walk from the city centre.

Flat 2 Laurel House - First class

Stayed in flat 2 ground floor. Very spacious and well presented. Cleanliness was 1st class. Well equipped with everything needed for self catering stay. Will definitely stay again

Great place to stay in Reading

Stayed in Flat #2 which was bright, clean with a separate kitchen eating area, a separate living room and a separate bathroom. Was not expecting to have milk, tea, coffee and sugar available. A very nice touch indeed. Would stay there again, close to bus stops and Tesco Express for food.

Lovely 4 night stay

Apartment 2 at Laurel House is beautiful! Clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need to settle in immediately. We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The service was excellent and communication was really clear and helpful. I forgot to book parking in advance but the team immediately helped arrange permits for me. The location is great and walking distance from a Tesco Express and Co-Op for any supplies you might need. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Dissapointed

Place clean amd well furnished but too damp especially if you duffer from sllergies. Dampness smell is too strong.

We stayed for 28 days. Generally the flat is very nice. However, the cooking tools and utensils are not cleaned. As we stayed there relatively long, we cooked quite often. We spent some effort to clean those utensils when we first moved in. The weekly cleaning is not satisfied. The first week was fine. They basically missed the 2nd and 3rd week cleaning. The cleaner did came but it was very early and we were not ready for the cleaner to clean the flat. The cleaner promised to come back in the evening but she didn’t. By the end of the staying, we were running out of toilet paper. I called the office asking for the cleaning and the toilet paper but no one showed up at the end. It’s recommended for short stay but not similar length like ours.
