“I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”

“My family stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. Even though outside it was cold we had fun at the house. The house was very clean and all of the appliances worked well. Brooke was great to deal with and gave us clear directions on everything we needed to know and was easy to get in touch with when we had some questions. Would stay here again in the summer so that we can take advantage of all of the amenities.”
