“The breakfast is decent for being included. I stayed here twice before one year apart and enjoyed the hotel. This visit I found it run down, so maybe it was my location in the hotel. Every hour or so it sounded like a jet engine and my room would shake - is there a train right behind it? My duvet cover was full scratchy and old.
When I asked for assistance at checkout to bring a luggage cart I had to almost plead on the phone which was embarrassing being disabled that I had to explain so……
“front desk Harim was great and helpful. Issues were broken hot tub jets and difficulty with only 1 elevator due to other unit breakdown. Due to external Expedia booking the room was not cleaned for 3 days until checked out to reduce hotel cost. Got daily cream and sweetener from lobby station each day”
“The room was clean, carpets were clean, beds comfortable and best of all for us a fireplace (especially when it’s chilly outside). The breakfast is plain cereal, yogurt toast etc, but just what we have at home. Every time we stay, they’re something a little better. Thank you”
