It had shampoo and soap and some other supplies that were greatly appreciated. If you like TVs, they are abundant. There is a pool. It is close to the University and downtown. The owner was quite responsive and helpful. I made one request after I arrived, and it was taken care of within an hour! The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed.
