Nestled in a safe, welcoming neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom home offers everything you need for work, play, and relaxation. Enjoy the fully enclosed backyard with plenty of space for kids to explore while you sip your favorite drink or catch up on work. Unwind in the private hot tub after a busy day. Whether you\`re traveling for work or fun, this home delivers comfort, convenience, and a space to make lasting memories. SDD-2022-00251/82-607-23985 Smoking in designated area only! EV Charge upon request only. Bring your own J1772 charging adapter as this is not provided. Please let Property Manager know before stay so we can pull it out for you. No furniture is to be moved around anywhere on the property at any time. If furniture is moved or damaged in anyway, we will charge not only for the repair or replacement of the furniture but also for the labor to move the furniture back to where it belongs. PARKING Per city ordinance, we are required to collect license plate numbers for all vehicles and do so via a google form we send at the time of reservation. All parking in non-downtown locations is limited to 1 car per bedroom and must be off street. OCCUPANCY Per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom overnight, with a total cap of 16 adults on the property at any time. There is no cap on children. All guests, including children, must be accounted for in your reservation. PET POLICY We absolutely LOVE animals, and while our pet-friendly properties are designed with pets in mind, this particular home is carefully maintained to serve the diverse needs of all guests. To honor our guests with allergies, neighbors and cleaning staff, we strictly enforce this no-pet policy. While the ADA does not require disclosure of service animals, we GREATLY appreciate advance notice to help us prepare the property and plan accordingly for our cleaners. For guests booking one of our pet-friendly properties or traveling with service animals, please note: \- Pet Approval: All dogs must be approved through management via booking site messages. (Does not apply to ADA service animals.) \- Pet Fee: $35/night per dog, up to 2 dogs. Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstances. \- Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to the property. \- Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (including cigarette butts, leftover joints, marijuana scraps, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. This includes any remnants left in fire pits or other un-designated smoking areas. \- Indoor Smoking Penalty: If smoking is detected inside the property, a minimum fine of $250 will be applied, along with reimbursement for any revenue lost from blocked nights required for smoke removal. \- Smoke/Vape Detection: Please note that some of our properties are equipped with smoke and vape detection sensors integrated into the noise monitoring system. These devices alert us to potential violations, ensuring our smoke-free policy is upheld. \- This home DOES come with a dedicated smoking area in the side yard. Note the sign. \- Enforcement Process: Our cleaners report any signs of smoking immediately upon arrival, followed by a secondary inspection to confirm and document the issue. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All outdoor activities must move indoors at 10:00 PM. Please turn off any outdoor string lights accessible to you during quiet hours. Beds are comfortable, linens are high quality and the towels were exceptional. Nice neighborhood, close to retail and grocery stores. Manager is great to work with. The personal touches made it feel like home. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard too. Everything about this house is well thought out and no detail is missed. The coffee bar is a very unique space.
