“Beautiful room friendly staff! ”

“Need an upgrade ”

“It is a hotel that was built when Regina was seeing better days. Nice brass, interesting decor. It is still reasonably clean, but definitely could use an upgrade. I don't want to complain- the staff is reasonably attentive, the parking is convenient and cheap, the location is good. Probably as good as it gets in Regina.”

“Hotel provide free breakfast. However the choice of the food are limited.”

“Very bad Experience from the lounge server and from the restaurant staff . One server was asking if I'm a guest or not the other server tried to be funny by suggesting butter chicken to order ”

“Morning staff wasn’t very hospitable, didn’t seem like she was happy with her job, I greated her with a good morning, and was ignored she walked away, like she never heard, asked about the waffle mix and she answered with “do you know what it is” in a snarky voice. Day time staff very well trained, i didn’t that my wife couldn’t get a room until a was there when my photo id credit card info and a photo of me and all that info wasent enough for her to get a room while I was driving from……

“Breakfast was freah and delicious and the staff was friendly. I loved the pool and hot tub was hot for once. Room was in great condition and spacious.”
