“I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel……

“This guest house is absolutely unique - it has an atmosphere of a hut in the woods, and it is actually in the woods. on the way, you pass by an ancient castle, which we loved to explore. At the guesthouse we received one of the best meals we ever had, so special and so well made! Finally, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the common dining room is quite interesting and very cozy. Although the guesthouse is off the beaten path, it is worth the drive, and it is actually only 20 minutes……

“War alles gut, nur etwas wenig Küchenutensilien wie Besteck oder noch ein kleiner Topf. Sonst war alles soweit in Ordnung . Würden wieder kommen .”

“Eine sehr schöne und renovierte Pension. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön. Auch das Bad war sehr neu und qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl eher gering und bei größeren Andrang schnell aus. Es wird aber in wenigen Minuten nachgeliefert. Ich denke dass sich das auch nach der Neueröffnung etwas einspielen muss. Preis/Leistung definitiv ausgezeichnet. Gerne wieder für einen Kurztrip.”

“The kitchen had basics but missing a few utensils such as a bottle opener or corkscrew, spatula or serving spoon. We improvised. Also some light bulbs were out. Great location in the heart of old town, but be aware that there is a lively Mexican restaurant below (good food but noisy) and the street doors were often wedged open. Wouldn’t want to stay there with very young children or as a lone female. ”

“Good experience to stay in a hotel which has more than a century, great breakfast that was served by the waiter, could choose more than 1 set of the breakfast The hotel is facing at lake Bled, quite chilled when you dine in the restaurant, but not very recommended to have the 4-course fine dining as it is expensive, only go with the free breakfast is enough ”

“Dass Hotel ist etwas Älter und hat einen Kommissionen Geruch in den Zimmern und im Flur. aber sonst ist es ein super schönes Hotel es wird Sauber gehalten dass Personal ist sehr Freundlich und dass Frühstück und Abendessen sind super, Die Therme ist super und Sauber. Dass Hotel hatt eine schöne Außenanlage mit viel Spiel Möglichkeiten für Kinder, super schöne Aussicht und schöne Wanderwege. Wir kommen sicher wieder”
