Vile place, had to check out early due to my son's pillow being covered in bugs. Urine stains all around the toilet. Service was none existent, stood at the bar for 15-20 min, receptionist could clearly see me waiting, had to ask to if I could be served for her to tell me to call the head chef to come pour me a pint. Never again

I have stayed several times, but my latest stay was my most disappointing. The free WiFi has been updated and now requires access via a staging page which meant my works laptop couldn't access it, also WiFi bandwidth was significantly worse than previous stays. Also the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The mattress was falling apart and needed replacing. I get the fact that it is a budget room, but I will have to seriously consider if I use it again.

“you can check out any time you want, but you can never leave”. That’s what it felt like. I arrived late at night, with no option but to stay. After dragging my suitcase along a maze of smelly corridors, I entered my room with a long numerical code. I was greeted with a worn, mouldy-smelling carpet, punch-holes in the wall, and a view through dirt-splattered windows to a full rubbish skip outside. It was raining too hard to consider relocating to sleep in the skip. Plus points (for the 2nd star): cheaper than other available options; no apparent long-term adverse effects; and biscuits (in sealed packaging) with the coffee sachets. Hard to imagine that anyone ever makes a return stay.

A dreadful building fit for demolition only. The saving grace was the cleanliness of the bedding and towels, plus helpful staff when there.

The shower didn’t work the ac was out the restaurant and bar are shut down. The room had exposed rusty screws that were sharp, the shower didn’t work, the bed was torn and dirty. The walls were gross, mold in the bathroom. The so called garden was some grass and destroyed old beds they had piled up outside. The door locks were also broke so they had to give us a weird code to lock it.

Stayed here a number of times as it’s affordable and well located for my needs. I was greeted by someone in my room, transpired that my room had changed and the staff were less than helpful, otherwise it was an acceptable stay. Adequate car parking, food available via UberEats. Room is acceptable, beds are quite comfortable. No issues.
