The pictures online were not reflective of the establishment in real life. Pictures were very good and modern. In real life, the carpets and deco require updating. Carpets were worn out and the 1st impression not welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bedding was clean. TV didn’t work. Price was not different to a nearby well presented premier in. The shower water lukewarm and weak pressure. Overall, I really struggled to review the property in a positive light. I’m really sorry

Stayed here a number of times as it’s affordable and well located for my needs. I was greeted by someone in my room, transpired that my room had changed and the staff were less than helpful, otherwise it was an acceptable stay. Adequate car parking, food available via UberEats. Room is acceptable, beds are quite comfortable. No issues.

The site says they serve breakfast but they said they don't. the mattresses were in bad condition. The Hotel location is good and rooms are appropriate. Washroom lacked the hand wash. Staff is good and helpful.

My expectations were not particularly high but I will definitely not be returning. The hotel is incredibly run down. We were in room 11 at the far end of the hotel. There was a wedding reception being held the night we stayed, I suspect we had one of the worst rooms far away from the noise. The bathroom looked as though it had been painted at haste, very outdated, nothing looked clean and a mouldy shower curtain. The beds were clean, clean bedding, which was the only reason we stayed. The curtains in the bedroom had paint on them, were ripped and falling down. The corridors and carpets were horrid and everything needed a good scrub.

The room we were assigned had not been cleaned since the previous guest, but we were promptly assigned a new room when we mentioned it to the staff. The room was adequate for a night's stay on our way to Gatwick (20 mins drive to drop off the rental was easy at 7am on a Saturday) but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. The bed appeared clean but was uncomfortable - it seemed to be missing a box spring. TV was adequate, with access to streaming services. There is plenty of parking at the hotel, but I wanted to stretch my legs after arrival, so chose to walk into Reigate for dinner. It was a 30 minute (downhill) walk into town to get something to eat. The Five Spice restaurant provided excellent Chinese food, and the Uber fare was well worth it to avoid walking back up the hill!

Close to gatwick for travel, free parking and friendly staff. Other than that it isn't good, not worth the money even though low, it's no more than 1/2 stars and shouldn't be more than £30. We managed to get some sleep and move on. Even if the breakfast had been available as advertised, we wouldn't have eaten it. Place needs a major clean and refurbishment, which I can now see has been promised for some time on reviews.

This property is very lovely location, it is quite far away from airport but not difficult to reach to hotel. Front desk staff are really doing great job Specially Kumudu assist us lot as well she did really good support to us. We enjoyed staying with this hotel during our holiday

It was cheap but not cheerfull. I had low expectations due to the price, on the plus side the bedding and towel were clean. The room and corridors are shabby and in need of an overhaul. The worse thing was a shower which did not get warm at all. No amount of adjustment got anything but freezing cold water. It's a shame as it would have been cheap and relatively cheerful had the shower worked. Reception were apologetic.

Our stay was good. We werer late (10.30pm) Check-in was quick & easy. Room very good. Room facilities e,g, Coffee remote tv plug in for recharging phones clean Shower need a boost (no pressure). All in all a GOOD EXPERIENCE normally use Premier but would DEFFINITELY us OYO again.

Do not stay here! We decided it was a health hazard and left. That should tell you everything you need to know. The place needs completely gutting. Staff is lovely though.
