Room wasn’t like the pictures on website. No privacy to use restroom or shower. This room would be good for a couple but not when you are traveling with children. Also only 4 channels on TV. Room smelling like wet carpet or too much moisture!

The only thing I was dissatisfied about was that they told me I was getting a room upgrade but the room view and design seemed like I was being downgraded. We ended up in a basic modeled room and not the modern one you see in the pictures and also we had a view of the parking garage

Booked for June 3 -10 a few weeks in advance. No worries. Got there on time. Checked in. Unpacked. Walked around a bit. Found little to nothing to eat. Ridiculous prices. Decided to leave. Told the front desk i wasnt happy. The girl in front kept going back n forth to the managers office to explain i wasn't happy and was gonna leave & just simply wanted a refund. No biggie right. I mean 8 was there 3 hrs. The manager apparently said ( never actually came out to talk to me because they were lying ) that if i leave by 9:30 i wouldn't be charged & would get a full refund. It was 9:20. Im a disabled person & asked if i could have until 9:45 to pack up my stuff because i was on like the 20th floor or whatnot. They agreed...apparently yet again. I packed up & was out by 9:42. Went downstairs to ahow the girl i was leaving. She acknowledged me & i went on my way to another resort. Easy enough right? The following day not only did they NOT refund me...they charged me twice!! I got my bank involved. They refunded me in 24 hrs all of it. End of story. Until today...6 weeks later. Apparently there was an appeal process going on this whole time & my bank loss. Of course all the fine print when you check in to a hotel is hidden ( who actually reads all that...no one ) says i had to pay in full even though i didn't stay. I went on the verbal agreement by the fake Mgr said that i would get a full refund & they flat out lied!! Took me $982. Terrible Resort!!

I specifically looked for kid friendly hotels with pools. The pool hours were 10-6. What?! It’s summer in Vegas and the pool closes at 6pm! We checked in and tried to go to the pool…closed. I asked if we could swim after we checked out, they said not after check out. Will never be back. Vegas had the closest airport to my parents house, which is why we stayed at Sahara in the first place.

As we arrived to the property it is at an inconvenient location and once we got our room the AC didn’t work, we complained everyday of our stay and they refuse to give us another room with working AC. Our whole stay was terrible with the room being so hot.

I missed my flight and this was due to an inconvenience with the power outage on 7-19-24. After Expedia saying they tried to reason with this hotel, the final response was that they would not refund the moneys. I’m not sure why they couldn’t refund or at least rebook for a different date. This was unacceptable and totally disappointing of Sahara. They should be able to work with the clients especially when inconvenient and unprecedented circumstances occur!! It is horrible enough to lose your time off, but not have the hotel work with you is outrageous!! Beware should you have this kind of issue and know that Sahara will not work with you..!

Overall the stay was pretty good The staff did their best to get me into my room. Because of the outage, checking in took longer than usual. When I was told to go to my given room, it turned out to be occupied by another guest. Had to go back and try to get another room. Outside of these issues, the hotel itself is in a great location and has good amenities.
