"Good location! Right in front of Plaza Mayor. Horrible service, if there is any! The front desk is so ignorant and careless about the request from the guests. I have to move my luggage in and out of the check room and limited information provided about the city. Very bad service at front desk! Besides, ..."

"The property is only reachable on foot. No parking so don’t take a car. The apartment was great. Comfortable clean and In the middle of everything! Walked everywhere! Breakfast is at the property next door and pretty good for 12 euro."

"Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted.
