The stat was ok place was clean and the food was decent. Booked this place for the pool alone just to find out when we got there it was closed for “renovations”. They need to tell us that prior to booking an expensive hotel bc I would have gone somewhere else

The main floor was nice. The bar and restaurant area was nice. They had salsa night on Friday evening. The staff at front desk was nice. Room was clean when we arrived.

The staff at the front desk and the staff with housekeeping were nice and accommodating. The view from pur suite was really nice, and the overall layout and space of our suite was nice as well. The hotel is dated and needs to be updated. The charging ports in the suite are outdated, the tiling in the bathroom shower stall and carpet need replacing..as well as the bathroom fixtures. There was trash in the garage by the elevator that was never cleaned at all during our stay, and there was trash in some parking spots in the garage as well. I will say that the garage was well lit, which I did appreciate. Overall the property was decent

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always one of my favorites! I was disappointed that the pool was closed on the 4th holiday and since this is one of the best pools I’ve seen in any hotel The property was also understaffed due to an unexpected 98% occupancy. The front desk handled it well and with big smiles and housekeeping was quick to turn around rooms. The guestrooms are lovely with great comforters and bathroom amenities. Will definitely continue to stay here
