Sentralt. Lite rom med utsikt til byggeplass.Posted Oct 2, 2015

Receptionist had an attitude problemPosted Sep 18, 2015
Pros: Good location, good breakfast.
Cons: The receptionist could have been more helpful and we should have got the double room we ordered .
Location: Very close to centre of the city and downtown area, great location, everything in walking distance.
We booked a double room but were instead given two single beds - the hotel was fully booked so nothing could be done about this and several other guests had the same problem. TV in the room was broken, again nothing could be done. The young American receptionists had a very bad attitude, spoke to people with a raised eyebrow and pursed lips, lots of sucking teeth and tutting when asked for help and spoke to guests as if they were naughty school children who were taking up her precious time. A real shame as the man who greeted us when we first arrived was lovely and accommodating.

Don't accept room overlooking building sitePosted Sep 16, 2015
Location: Enjoyed the Golden Circle tour but thought Blue Lagoon was over rated and expensive. Our whale watching trip was cancelled due to bad weather.
When we arrived we were offered room 301. It was very small and overlooked the building site. There were no curtains in bathroom so builders could look straight in. We asked if there was another room. Reception said they would try and after one night we were moved to 407. A much larger and lighter room. We were very happy there. Reception always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great but the best thing about the hotel was its central location.

Basic hotel good for stopover in Iceland.Posted Aug 15, 2015
When first arrived room smelled of sewage. After mentioning to front desk they stated that this is a known problem and attempted to fix by unclogging pipes in room and spraying lemon scent. This only masked odour so we received another room with two single beds. Had originally requested a double/queen
