I did like that the property was away from the strip. What I did not like was the size of the room/Villa ! The villa was not as LARGE as the pictures depict ! The staff was very helpful and nice !

We stayed at the W which is formally the Delano. This is still an MGM Resort but Marriott International will convert into the luxury W Hotels brand. The hotel is clean & smells nice. Not sure what their signature scent is but I don’t mind it at all. Some hotels can be overpowering when you first walk in. The beds are very comfortable & the 1/2 bathroom is an added bonus. There is no casino in the hotel which personal prefer. It’s a quick walk through a hallway to get to the casino at Mandalay. We had breakfast at Seabreeze and Citizens. If you want to eat at Seabreeze make a reservation. The pools are wonderful but the lazy river is amazing. Bring floats!!!! There is a station to inflate them yourself. There is a pool for guests staying at the W. It’s called the Wet Deck but it’s only open Friday- Sunday. With the rebranding some remodeling happening but nothing that was an inconvenience. The receptionist at check out said the hotel was in the process of starting a massive remodel ( I’m assuming to align with the W Hotel brand). The first phase is the lobby, valet & check-in which is set to be completed in November 2026. The rooms will be the next phase so I’ll be curious to see what it will look like when it’s completed in October 2028. The Skywalk restaurant that everyone has talked about was closed & according to the receptionist apparently will it be reopening. It’s a breathing taking view of the city so I do hope they do something with it. Highly recommended staying here

Everything was fantastic except signage. We consistently were confused getting to where we needed to go within the facility. Examples: - Finding our way back to the garage and to our car - Finding our way to the box office to buy show tickets - Finding our way to the show itself - Finding our way to the casino exits that we needed

They nickel and dime you to death! We checked in 20 minutes early and they charged us $20 for early check in.
