“Room was clean, but not painted completely. Shower needed work.Smelled musty. The online listing said it averaged 5 stars. I don’t see how.”

“Stayed for 2 nights over my son's graduation weekend with my husband, daughter and 2 pups. It was a great place to stay as it wasn't to far from downtown Louisville. Neighborhood was very nice and very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.”

“I would suggest getting a full length mirror, so people can check out their whole outfits when they get dressed. Also a mat at the entrance of the building cause when its raining its slippery & one for the patio (inside), cause when its raining its slippery when you come back inside. Other than that everything was great. The place was extremely clean & the host was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again when I visit, if there's availability”

“Perfect peaceful oasis in the city. We had a perfect experience. James and Amy are excellent communicators and made us feel valued and welcomed. I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is stunning but the wall of windows overlooking the Ohio River are the crowning jewel of the property. We enjoyed cooking, watching movies, and watching the wildlife from every part of the house. Amazing property!”

“The stay was comfy and cozy and exactly, what was needed for our quick weekend stay. Its conveniently close to many things. Communication was good. Just lots of scuff marks and dents/scratches on walls and furniture that I took pics of before even dropping luggage off. Just to make sure it's not charged. But everything was provided, shower is lovely. Bed is comfy. It was good”

“The property was 3 story, 3 bedroom (1king, 1 queen, 2 double), 2 1/2 bath. The property was extremely nice with efficient parking. As stated in the description of the property it is a bit noisy from the on street traffic and local bars. It pretty much doesn't go completely quiet until about 2:30 a.m. (Friday and Saturday was our stay). But there were earplugs provided if need and a small noise machine. I had to get ahold of the property owner to double check on the parking situation and she……
