"Good place to stay if your boating out of Sunset marina Plenty of space for family and friends A couple doors were missing handles, that needs addressed,we had a little guy stuck in the bathroom. The shower area in the efficiency apartment needs some sort of lighting The projection tv was new to us from our previous stay and the kids loved it as well as the hot tub"

"Pros- The front porch and how it wrapped around. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings, watching fireflies and listening to the frogs and waterfowl that the neighbors across the Street have. The furniture in the living room was comfortable. It had a nice kitchen. It was located in a nice quiet area and has a large yard that is well kept. "Wow! I cannot possibly say enough great things about this house! The owner is wonderful to work with! He responded to me quickly and checked up on us while we were there! The house is beautiful and is THE most stocked house I have ever rented. The game room was so entertaining for my family after a long day of boating. We grilled dinners and ate on the awesome deck almost everyday. We WILL be returning."

"We did have to call the manager twice to get our code to get in, and it seemed she was very busy or something. the property was clean inside but really needed a good sweeping for spiders and cobwebs outside. but over all it is a nice property to stay at. the location weas easy to get around from and the area of the house was really nice, quiet, and we loved the back yard with the deer, ducks, and other local wildlife."
