The property was a bit ran down. Our room was leaning toward not so clean. There was a cup under the bathroom sink full with dirty looking water, catching a leak under it. The bathroom walls had stains, a lot near the light switch which was gross. They just need to find a better clesner.

The kitchen could have used a few more utensils. The grill was not useable as it needed to be cleaned (both charcoal and flat grill) It was clean for the most part but here was pet hair that we found/saw often. Overall it was a good experience.

We really enjoyed the cabin, had never stayed in a one room cabin. The best part is where the cabin sits, right on the edge of the pond. You can't see anyone else around.

Very clean, set back for the privacy and quiet we were looking for. Brooke responded very quickly to any inquiry we sent, even let us know that the house was cleaned earlier than anticipated and we could check in early if we got to the area prior to check in time. Would definitely recommend.
