“Our air conditioner in our King bedroom didn’t work it just blew air. We were soo tired when we got there at 9.00 pm we were thinking it just needed to be turned on and it would eventually cool the room over night. It didn’t. “This hotel has everything you need, right down to the utensils! The check-in process was different than other hotels as they require you to have payment withdrawn at noon or they cancel your reservation. I switch money to that account when I check in, not before. They canceled my reservation but was able to reinstate it when I got there. I asked if I would get the same room, which was an accessible room, and he said yes. However, I didn’t get an accessible room which was a major inconvenience……
