"Courteous and responsive owners. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. Very clean. Quiet. Unique woodwork throughout the cabin. Attractive yard - nice to sit outside. Easy 45 min. drive to Crater Lake. Would stay here again. "
"
small central Oregon town - clean inside rooms but problem with a beetle hatching that day - very unusual. Only restaurant in town that was open had the same problem . Chris, the manager of the hotel was very nice and helpful. About 40 minutes from Crater Lake. "
Charming 3-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in welcoming Chiloquin
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was great. We went to Crater Lake NP for the day. About an hour away from the trail further from us. The house and all the extras (lotion, condiments, bottle water, etc) were such a nice place to relax. For sure, we would stay again."
The Green House - Minutes from the Entrance to Crater Lake National Park
10/10 Excellent
"Great location for Crater Lake! We stayed 2 nights and found it to be very convenient to the park. From the outside, it's not much to look at - could use some landscaping and paint - but inside is so charming! Directions made it easy to find and easy to access. We just ate a quick breakfast but kitchen seemed to be well stocked with appliances and staples. Would definitely recommend."
Spacious Western Home on 2 acres in the Pines close to Crater Lake
10/10 Excellent
"This home was enormous inside. My son loved the first family room and the ottoman it had. The kitchen and dining space were lovely. The master bedroom was massive. It was a great location for our visit to Crater Lake NP. The owners were responsive to any questions we had."
"Very charming, rustic cabins, and a lovely location
Friendly, helpful check-in staff
Very helpful to have the restaurant across the street as there’s nothing to eat from miles around
"
"We loved staying in Mazama house. The house was clean and comfortable. The layout was great for us and our two girls. Terri was friendly and helpful. The outdoor fire pit and provided wood along with smores sticks were a hit with our girls, as was cornhole. The coffee and tea provided in the kitchen was nice. The location was also good for exploring Crater Lake. We also enjoyed the nearby, small organic grocery store. We would be happy to stay here again."

"Nice locale near Crater Lake. Come prepared as the area is quite sparse. Had a lack of water issue but was taken care of asap. Would use again if I return to Crater Lake. "
Meadow House near Crater Lake South entrance, upper Rogue River, 100 acre trails
10/10 Excellent
"My husband, I, and our adult son stayed here while visiting Crater Lake and loved the spacious, immaculate house and beautiful views of the meadow, trees, and mountain. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again to our gracious host."
"Beautiful, quiet cabin in an area secluded enough to be remote, but close to several great attractions. My family visited Crater Lake, Klamath Falls (including the air show), and Lava Beds each on separate days."
"The place was well stocked and comfortable. It was also closely located
to the Wood River Reserve which mae walks and birding pleasant. The one thing I had not researched prior was the availability of restaurants in the area so I was glad thete was a Dollar General nearby."
"Pros:
Check-in was keyless and easy. Beds were fine, kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking. The lake views were also a draw for sure, and it was quiet.
Cons:
It was a hot day and the inside of the house was VERY warm (88 F). Despite what was advertised, there is NOT central AC. There is a small mobile Toshiba unit in the back bedroom, but it was off. When we turned it on it leaked and sprayed water everywhere (which someone knew, because there was a towel on the floor under it). No instructions were provided about what to do, and multiple calls to the manager went unanswered until almost 1 AM that night. The manager eventually texted at 10:15 the next day saying to close the windows and use the broken Toshiba. Our only other options were one fan with a taped-up cord, and a switch for a whole-house fan that didn’t work. Eventually we looked up the AC model online and found instructions for how to drain it. A hassle that had to be repeated every 3 hours day and night if it was to operate at all, but it was not capable of cooling other rooms.
There were also dead gnats and spiderwebs everywhere. They know it’s not clean and have a note on the fridge asking guests to complain directly to them since there’s no cleaning fee. But this was days/weeks of gnats, not a one-off hiccup.
It is also worth noting (though this is mentioned in the listing) that the water here is brown and sulfurous, so a water cooler is provided. "
"We enjoyed our stay. The river was so nice. Beds were warm and comfy and kuchen had plenty of gathering space! Only downfall is the water smells horrible. We went to dollar general and used water from there. Only thing i wish was mentioned before we got here is that there is no grocery store nearby. Had i been smart enough to do my research i would've known to stop before getting there. Not a big deal, just thought it would be nice if it were mentioned for ppl like me lol. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We ended it by watching a bald eagle flying over us. The nature here is incredible. "
Spacious 4-Bedroom Family-Friendly Home with Hilltop Views and Fiber Optic WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"Tamara is an excellent host. She wanted to know up front how she can tailor the home to our family’s needs. It really felt like the home was a perfect fit for us. The home is beautiful!"
"It's a very clean property and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was better than most of these types of places, especially the scrambled eggs and waffles. The food at the casino is terrific, although the atmosphere is lacking. The bedroom windows need soundproofing. The road traffic is quite loud. "
Running Bear · Running Bear on Fort Creek-CraterLake Bungalows
6/10 Okay
"The place was clean and bed comfortable. There was a nice place outside beside the water. But besides that, the outside area was overgrown. The reason for the lower review is because the water had a orangey brown color to it. The shower was stained with it and we would not get in it or felt comfortable to use any of the water. So we left a day early so we could get showers somewhere else."
