Large and bright studio apartment furnished with care and taste. Equipped with every comfort. Composed of a single room of about 30sqm with double bed, kitchenette, wardrobe and table. Large bathroom with shower box. Livable terrace. Located on the second floor served by a lift.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning with the possibility of personalized adjustment, washing machine, dishwasher, 28 ”LCD TV, WI-Fi internet, kettle, iron and ironing board, microwave, kitchenette with sink and 4 burners, low fridge with small freezer section, hairdryer and safe.
Unguarded parking space inside the structure (to be booked)
Suitable for 2 people (it is possible to add a bed for children up to 12 years).
