My room was nice, but no view at all. Parking lot :( very pricey for what we had. No breakfast, had to go the restaurant for everything, 5$ coffee, no water or refreshments available at any time. One keirig Coffee pod was available in the room for us to make.

Room was clean and comfortable, WiFi worked just fine, large hotel and only had one lift for our block so had to wait a while to use , didn’t use restaurant as it was expensive, huge free car park Wouldn’t stay again as hotel was simply too big for us

The room was very clean and a pleasant decor. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The pool had attendants and is good for families with children. We ate in the dining room which was disappointing. Overpriced menu and hidden charges, and staff disorganised and unattentive. Given a table in the overflow section despite booking a table and empty tables available in the main dining room.

Security due to high profile political guest was a bit of a nuissance. The restaurant wait time for food was very long. Security personnel were everywhere, even on our floor outside the elevator, etc. Our room was nice and comfortable. Hotel is dated and it showed in some areas. The dining room was very well appointed and offered excellent food and choices. The bathrooms however were inconviently located dowstairs, requiring a long walk and stairs.

Very noisy, walls paper thin. The lock that you can partially open the door was defective but main lock ok, at least. Wifi was horrible - could plug one ipad and the other, no chance - had to use my personal data. No breakfast included, not even free coffee in the lobby. All the above is unacceptable for the price charged. Sad because, positive side, clean, well stocked room, restaurant is top notch.
