This small apartment was very close to downtown Rincon and the beaches. Very clean and easy to access. The one critique is that we booked it for 3 people and there was a futon and couch for the third person. There were no extra sheets. One of the towels left for us was dirty. The shower head was broken, so water just poured out. With a few tweaks, this property could be better.
