“Excellent place but location is a bit out of the way.”

“The ocean view is awesome not really a beach view but still beautiful. Property itself is beautiful but the villas def haven’t been updated since built. Broken doors that are hard to open and have cracked glass and cabinets falling apart but in general a good stay just needs like 5/10 k probably invested in each villa and they’d be immaculate . Also the pool is that just a lil pool . Not a sauna. None of the jets work . Also the deck is kinda falling apart and has multiple areas that are……

“If you ever wanna stay somewhere beautiful, clean, comfy, and literally less than a minute from the beach, this is the spot. We enjoyed the colorful scenery and beautiful room that provided a relaxing bed and strong AC. The bathroom was well built and a dream, loved the wall design.”

“The home was in a perfect location and offered all the comforts of home. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. “The view from this condo was absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. The only dumpster was located at the East Tower while we were staying in the West Tower, requiring extra time……

“There was a blackout for 2 hours that left us in pure blackness, without A/C, and my husband’s laptop was damaged by this. There are parts of the ceiling that are peeling, and was questionable about asbestos. The A/C units in the bedrooms were loud, and the beds were uncomfortable.”

“Everything was great, other than scheduled maintance (that the host did not warn us about) that left us without power for over 12 hours. The place was clean, safe, and was a very short walk to the beach.”
