Um lugar para retornar!
Hospedagem incrível. Perto de tudo, bem ao lado de um supermercado. O anfitrião Eduardo foi de uma gentileza notável, nos recebeu fora do horário usual de check-in e nos deixou à vontade com tudo. Ótima estadia
Apartamento igual as fotos, pequeno mas completo. Possui todos os utensílios de cozinha, nós levamos roupas de cama mas também tinham roupas disponíveis. Fomos em 3 pessoas mas acomoda mais pessoas confortavelmente. Em baixo do apartamento possui um supermercado e também uma academia, isso facilitou muito a nossa estadia, o apartamento fica a umas 3 quadras da praia e próximo aos pontos turísticos, não fomos de carro então utilizamos Uber e foi bem tranquilo. O sr. Eduardo é muito prestativo e atencioso.

TRANQUILIDADE E ACONCHEGO
Apartamento pequeno, mas ideal, aconchegante, super limpo, atendeu todos as nossas necessidades, tudo organizado. Localização ótima, com elevador, prédio muito tranquilo, supermercado do lado do prédio, vários restaurantes. O anfitrião atencioso e muito gentil. Ótimo custo beneficio, o único problema é estacionamento para quem vai de carro, somente estacionamento pago. Posso dizer que minha estadia foi perfeita, mas vou dar um conselho, deixe para ir ao Rio de Janeiro fora dos feriados, o Rio estava lotado, com muito transito, os pontos turísticos lotados, o que tornou o passeio muito cansativo. Quanto a questão da segurança, pode ir tranquilo, pontos turísticos com policiamento, a cidade é maravilhosa. ' O Rio de janeiro, continua lindo'.

Gostaria de agradecer o sr Eduardo pela clareza e prontidão em nos esclarecer qualquer dúvida, o senhor é tão solicito q cheguei a acreditar que estaria caindo em um golpe kkkk. Fomos em 4 adultos e o apartamento foi ideal, tudo impecável desde a limpeza aos funcionários do prédio. A praticidade de estar perto de tudo ( rua santa clara , em cima de um supermercado e ao lado de restaurantes e lanchonetes) recomendo a todos de olhos fechados. Muito obrigado e até breve.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo e adoro. O Carlos é uma pessoa incrível. O apto é pequeno mas atende perfeitamente um casal ou até mesmo 4 pessoas. A localização nem se fala. O apto é super limpo, seguro, o ar gela bem. O único pequeno defeito é que no prédio costuma ter muitas obras e aí tem barulho, mas só acordar cedo e sair. Recomendo muito
