- Ideally located, Very peaceful, All mod cons, nice.This is an independent house land roof 72 sqm fully air conditioned (inverter heat pump and air conditioning), satellite TV, in the woods but at 500 meters from the beach (the beach is the one with the small island called Ortano Sea) which is reached through a wooded path. Annexed to the house there are 5,000 square meters of land (vineyards and arable land) with a large sun terrace of 100 square meters in porphyry equipped with barbeque and covered with waterproof tent for 60 sqm, 2 parking spaces outside shower. Internally comprises: large kitchen and living room with two beds very comfortable, double sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine, double bedroom. Max 5 beds (4+1)
