“I was there for one night and everything was ok except I experienced wifi problem.”

“Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Room was more than expected. Only discrepancy found was that online check in was 4:00pm when it is actually 3:00pm”

“The staff was Amazing. I never had the hotel staff call my room and ask if everything was up to my expectations and If I needed anything. The room was so clean & refreshing. My friend locked my keys in the car & the morning maintenance man helped us get are keys in less than a minute. I've been to a lot of hotels 2star-5star this hotel was the best hotel experience I ever had. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The grounds and pool area looked like it was out of a magazine. “We enjoyed our stay in this cute guest house. It was thoughtfully laid out and supplied. The owners were kind and considerate. We used the hotplate to make breakfast each morning and ate out by the pool. The beach and downtown were within short driving distances. We visited Pepper Park Beach which was quiet and not too busy. We would definitely stay again. ”

“I found the bag luggage in the room disappeared,suspected house keeper knock off, Notify the manager and call the police, but the manager hasn't positive reply to us and provide CCTV , until to now has two weeks, the hotel manager didn't even have a telephone . I am so disappointed. please don't choose this hotel”
