In the centre of Riva Ligure 2 km from the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare, 4 km from the centre of Arma di Taggia, 8 km from the centre of Sanremo, in the heart of the city, 100 m from the sea. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 250 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 20 m, bakery, bicycle rental, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Taggia" 4 km, sandy beach 100 m. Marina 50 m, cycle lane 200 m. Please note: no lift.
"Terrazza Riva", 4-room terraced house 150 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 2 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 08.04. Large terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
