The grounds of the hotel was in good shape with easy access in/out of building
Property appears to have had recent renovations inside, but outside is very dated and needs cleanup. Property appears to be older. Staff was ok at check-in.
Very clean room and staff very friendly. Enjoy staying here when in the area working. Pet friendly and location is great.

Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. Room is nicely decorated. Will stay here again.
Well kept and very easy check-in. Will definitely stay again.
Really appreciate the room with 3 beds not just 2, perfect for a larger family.
I was pleased to find the value I was looking for!
Very clean hotel close to restaurants, gas stations and Interstate 40. Highly recommended.
It's certainly worth making the time to drop into River Park Amphitheatre.
While you may not have heard of Hot Springs, the destination it resides in, it's likely that you are aware of the state capital, Little Rock, 60 miles away.
For the thrifty traveler, there are a couple of reasonably priced accommodation options in the vicinity. The Comfort Inn Arkadelphia and the Americas Best Value Executive Inn & Suites are some recommended places you should check out.
The area adjacent to River Park Amphitheatre has some options for foodies. Coffee fiends will savor the variety of roasts and finger treats at The Nutrition Den (201 South 6th Street, Arkadelphia). For something more substantial, grab a table at JavaPrimo Coffee House Cafe & More (614 Main Street, Arkadelphia) and select from a range of satisfying meals.
It's easy for tourists to reach River Park Amphitheatre by rail transport, since it's only 0.5 miles away from Arkadelphia Station, the closest terminal.
