"I was in desperate need of transportation to the airport an hour away a Sunday afternoon so my daughter and I could get back to Texas for school and work on Monday. No Uber or Lyfts were responding. Basically in tears, I asked the young male housekeeping attendant, who then asked his manager, who then asked the maintenance man, who then asked his friends, a really nice couple, if they'd be willing to drive me to the airport for a reasonable fee. They arrived within minutes and I was able to make my flight on time. My only regret is not getting the names of each staff member I mentioned. They turned my desperate situation into one where I was reminded that on a personal level people of different ages, races, and beliefs really can work together to help a person in need. Thank you so much to the staff at the Baymont!!!! I made it home because of you ALL!!!!!"
