Really enjoyed our one night stay! Very clean, very quiet. Convenient location and parking. The only issue we had was the shower not draining. Other than that, everything was great and we’ll be back again!

Had a handicapped person with me and we were given a room at the end of the hall. It was difficult for that person to get to and from the room. Also our key was deactivated every day of our stay (3 days). The entire 2nd floor! Again I had to leave the handicapped person at the room door and go to the desk to get the key activated.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the extra large pillows. The breakfast protein was the same thing every single day. Eggs and sausage. Eggs and sausage. It really got tiresome. A little variety would have been nice. The pool was cold and dirty. There were many leaves along with vegetation debris. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I checked with staff before making the reservation and was assure the pool would be all right to swim in. It was not.

The day we checked out they were working on the plumbing, so the water went off. They did not make me aware of it, and I was in the shower when it happened the lady at the front desk at the time thought that was funny when I called to tell her she literally laughed.

Overall the property is nice. The property is a little dated and the elevator moved a little slow. Floor in elevator was not clean. The staff was professional but reserved (not unfriendly, not friendly). I personally will never stay there again. I’m used to feeling like a VIP but here I felt like there was little or no concern about my presence there at all.

Property was fine, however, their breakfast closed at 9:30 AM and when we went down at 9:00 AM to eat they would not refill the breakfast meats, such as bacon or sausage, so we were left with whatever people hadn’t eaten.
