Worst staff and rooms ever! Rude and unprofessional at ever level. Blowing dust and leafs while trying to hang out by pool. My phone keep ringing in the middle of the night until I unplugged it. Food was not prepared well.
Hotel were in perfect location to the event we attended in downtown Riverside. Hotel staff were friendly & very accomodating. Complimentary breakfast was great. The room was bit outdated in comparison to the other Hyatt Place Ive stayed in. Overall hotel & the room was great.
