I'm not a picky person and after reading some other reviews I knew for the price and being so close to Disneyland the little things that bug other people wouldn't be a big deal to me. And that's just me though, I'm easy going about most things. It's kind of a far walk if you want to go through the actual entrance of Disneyland but the walk to downtown disney was quicker and leads to the park as well. The man at the front desk was very nice and we were actually upgraded from a queen size bed to a king. Which was really sweet. The cons I suppose would be that you can hear your neighbors if they're loud enough but it wasn't anything crazy, the bed is stiff but I can fall asleep anywhere so I didn't mind, the cleaning staff were kind of rude but that was whatever. Other than that is was simply a place to stay for a nice vacation. If you're looking for something that's going to wow you or be super extravagant then this is not the place. Nice enough nothing spectacular.

The only problem with our stay is our room shared the wall with the elevator. It was loud at times. Room was old and need so TLC but clean. Had frig, microwave, safe and coffee pot in the room. We enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed staying at the 7 Springs, though I did not get the exact room location I previously requested. The staff were
very polite and , in addition to skillfully listen to my initial disappointment, were overall very helpful and considerate, even in small but meaningful ways.
I booked a suite with a kitchen and I enjoyed my heating my own food. (Sorry, but based upon my limited experience with restaurants in Palm Springs, I prefer to heat or cook my own food).
Though I only stayed one night, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel does not heat the water in the two swimming pools at all for six months or so of the year (including April). The staff assured me that the hot tubs are well heated, but I ordinarily love to swim on a trip.
Ask staff about parking.
Ask staff about the water in the showers. (some go from hot to cold, others from cold to hot, depending on the room)

Location is PERFECT if you're going to Anaheim for Disney. It's literally a 5 minute walk tops. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful, answering all my questions.
As for the hotel room, it's not as nice as the lobby. It's very dated, but clean. The only issues we had was plumbing in our bathtub drain was extremely slow while showering, our shower head had a lot of calcium buildup and the caulking around the bathtub is messy and has build in gunk that probably can't come off but it's there. The bed isn't very comfy and the pillows are very flat. We woke up sore and had neck kinks.
I would stay here again and recommend to anybody who just wants to be there to sleep and shower. I wouldn't recommend if you're planning on hiding out and being in your room all day.

We only booked to stay in Palm Springs to break up the journey between Monument Valley and LA, however after checking in to this hotel we were gutted we hadn't booked to stay longer. The beds were comfortable and rooms were kitted out with Tiki details. The pool area was soooo inviting (and I'm not usually bothered with pools)- chilled out atmosphere with good music.

They had table and chairs put right out side our room. And other guests hanging around at night they were very loud. Staff should know this before causing inconvenience . And seem from door there is opening below and on top. Last day when we were leaving saw spider on bed sheet . Staff should check if bathrooms need maintenance before new guest comes in. Door lock screws was very loose had tell them first day 2nd day they took care of it

The staff here at the ALO is, in a word, AWESOME!! Always very eager to please. Great, comfortable hotel. Although it is an older property, the renovations are all in excellent condition. Great breakfast, buffet style with eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogart, coffee, milk and juice in addition to the breads. Parking is FREE which is a big bonus in the area. Pool, spa and small fitness center. The ONLY drawback to the hotel is that it is difficult to access if you are going east on Chapman, but that isn't their fault. You cannot make a u-turn at State Collage and Chapman to enter the property. Best bet, coming from the Disneyland area is to go up Katella, turn right on State College and right again on Chapman and into the property. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely be returning!
