The room was very clean, the staff was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. I just wish that I would have been told when I check in that I had to be a member to get the continental breakfast. other than that I would visit the hotel again.

We had an issue with noise starting around 5 am. Sounded like furniture being thrown around in a room. Called front desk and they had security check the 2nd and 3rd floor. When I went in to take a shower the faucet handle came off so no water. My sister and I took sponge baths in the sink. We advised the front desk when checking out and your staff were very professional and gave us a credit for the parking. We will come back again.

Extremely disappointing stay. This hotel nickel-and-dimes guests at every turn. Parking is an automatic $50 per day, which wasn’t clearly disclosed. There’s no free internet, which is unbelievable for a modern hotel, room service overpriced by 50%. The overall value for the price is terrible, and the service felt indifferent at best. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort or basic amenities.
