Riverwalk District Tours

Despite having a reservation, had to wait an hour for a room at 3P checkin. Said they would call when ready, but never called and had to speak to management after an hour wait. They did give a small comp, but ruined the stay. Several restaurants not open at lunch or under construction. Seems they are cutting back on staff and forcing use of kiosks which are difficult to use (no instructions or broken). Very few tables or other gambling means other than slots which are operate all the same with different displays and rarely pay off. Had gift cards but they are limited for use. For example, can only be used at a few restaurants and shopping, but tips must be cash, and not taken at spa. Can't be used for gaming or other transactions despite them saying as good as cash. No going back.
