"Clean room."

"They had a nice selection at breakfast. Check in was quick and easy. The building itself was in very good condition, baseboards and door frames weren’t beat up, chipped or scratched. Our room was clean and in good condition. Staying at this Best Western was a great experience!"

"Parking was a pain as it wasn’t on property. It was in a parking garage a block away designated to the fourth and fifth levels. I didn’t feel safe having to walk through a parking garage by myself. It would have been nice to have the option of having someone take the bags up to my room. I would have been happy to tip them. The luggage cart was very hard to maneuver in and out of the elevator, and then through a set of narrow doors and then to the door of my room. The room was very clean and well appointed. There was a barking dog on my floor. I called the front desk to let them know, and they took care of it immediately. I chose to come downstairs for my morning coffee. It was absolutely awful. I am not overly picky about my coffee, but this was not even drinkable. The very nice lady who served me apologized and offered to make me a latte, which was very good and appreciated. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. "

"The staff was great, we were able to park in an area where they could keep an eye on our vehicles, we were able to have a small cookout away from the building near our vehicles. We were bummed the pool was not available. Very clean! Would stay there again! "

"The staff was so friendly-those greeting us at the front door, the associates at the front desk, the bartenders and servers and the staff at the spa went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is gorgeous and very well maintained. We had a special weekend and will definitely stay there again when we return to Roanoke."
